Estimated Shipping Times
Kiosk ships worldwide from the UK. Orders are dispatched every week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Please note the below delivery times are estimates and are dependant on local and international postal carriers.
- UK: 1–5 days
- Europe: 5-10 days
- USA & Rest of World: 7–14 days
Shipping is calculated at a flat rate per product as it is costed based on the package weight. Shipping for individual items are priced according to size and weight accordingly to your selected shipping region.
For shipping in the UK we use Royal Mail first class services. For larger orders we may use a separate service that guarantees delivery within the times noted above
We ship internationally to all countries, except except for those that are subject to sanctions by the UK Government and Royal Mail. The list of countries includes: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe. International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is determined based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees. When placing the order in our store, you agree to pay the customs fees for your country if any occur. If you are unsure about the costs of import taxes for your country, contact your local customs office.
To save on shipping costs and carbon emissions, we offer a free collection service. Please only select this option if you can collect the item from London, SE5. Pick-up times can be negotiated after the order is made, times will predominantly be weekday evenings and weekends. To arrange pick-up after an order, please email us at email@example.com
Order Never Arrived
If your order didn’t arrive within our estimated delivery deadline, be sure to let us know.
First, check your shipping confirmation and verify that you provided the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, be sure to get in touch with us with your order number and we will see what can be done. We usually allow for 21 days to pass before shipping a return item in case a carrier has misplaced or had issues processing a shipment. Your can read more about returns in our Returns Policy.
