Our Return Policy In Summary
- Kiosk only accepts returns and exchanges of damaged or incorrect items.
- If an item is lost in transit or hasn’t arrived within 21 days, please contact us for an exchange.
- Contact Kiosk before returning any items.
- You can return the product within 10 days of delivery.
- To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
- Kiosk will not be held responsible for the cost of any return postage.
You can return the product within 10 days of delivery. The product can only be returned if it was delivered to you damaged or an incorrect item was delivered. We may ask for proof of damage before you post the return. In the event that an item is lost in transit, please contact us to arrange a replacement item to be dispatched. If a replacement cannot be provided, due to lack of stock, a refund will be issued. We usually allow for 21 days to pass before shipping a return item in case a carrier has misplaced or had issues processing a shipment. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Kiosk suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Kiosk will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. Kiosk is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred, including the cost of return postage are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Kiosk reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
